teetea3 Hi. I received this sweater today and I accepted the order. However, when I tried it on, I realize it’s not the same sweater as in the picture. It does NOT come off the shoulder at all like in the picture (which is why I bought it); instead, it’s a scoop neck. And the sleeves look different as well. Is it possible you sent the wrong sweater? I wanted to reach out to you before leaving feedback to see if this situation could be remedied. Thanks for your help. 😊

lavendermoonbtq @teetea3 You’re welcome. Yes we can do that. So you will have to mail the sweater back, first class would be the cheapest. And then when I receive it I will make you a $3 plus shipping listing to purchase the top so I can send it to you and you will get a tracking number. This is the standard way that most boutiques do returns on poshmark.
