shelly05x @maddie1234646 oh I get it. I actually had that happen with an iPad recently. I thought it wouldn’t be much to replace the screen but it was totaled 😂 had to get a new one. In this case, the zipper does work full track on the one side . The other one is stuck on the other side . So it is functional. I will have to add a vid ❤️
