Blue open in the front top

This top is absolutely stunning It is blue and white and has gemstones in the front top it ties in the middle and hangs down long. The back of the top is absolutely stunning. It has a layer of ruffles down midway to the bottom of the top. It's ruffles are white.. It is so pretty. It is in brand new condition.. It is sleeveless. Nice and cool for the summer.
