Express low rise skinny jean legging

Low rise skinny jean legging from Express, size 4. These have multiple blue colors through with some distressed sections and whiskering. The inseam is approximately 29.5", waist 15” and rise 7.5”. These are a newer style, I bought them last year. Never worn.
