Erin London brand blue and green striped cotton lightweight blazer style jacket. This jacket was worn less than ten times and looks basically brand new! The only flaw is that one of the shoulder pads was coming loose so is pinned (shown in last image). This could easily be left with the pin, restitched, or simply the shoulder pads can be cut out.
