Banana Republic Blue Tweed Pencil Skirt 0P

Women’s Banana Republic tweed pencil skirt in a pretty bright blue color. Back zipper with clasp. Lined. There are some stains on the front and back of the liner that cannot be seen while wearing (see pictures). I think I may have gotten makeup on the liner somehow. I only wore this skirt a handful of times. Size 0 Petite Measurements: waist (lying flat): 13”, length: 19”
