New without tag and in perfect condition. A heavier fabric and is not see through. It is trimmed in black. So dang cute and had high hopes that it would fit. I am a standard size 10 but this is way to tight. It would fit a size 8 perfectly so listing it as such. Please ask for measurements. I’d gladly trade this for a size 12.
