I ran in these Brooks 5 days a week for approximately 3 months, but did not wear them everyday, as I rotated them with another pair. The upper is still in great condition with no rips or stains. These have been washed & are ready for a new home. They would be perfect for casual use. These are size stamped men's 7.5 but would fit a women's 8.5. The removable insole measures 10.5". On a side note, I replaced my Asics Kayano's with these Brooks & to my amazement, these worked even better!
