@morr790 so sorry you had to experience that.Told you I was also scammed of my Hermès lindy and the crook “heelswornhigh” aka Alecia Rodriguez(she has multiple Poshmark accounts) sent me a fake birkin.After calling her out via texts and asking her to return my bag she blocked me.She goes around posting pictures with some footballer “chad ochocinco” as her brother obviously to gain peoples trust.

@morr790 I'm so sorry this happened. This obviously was done across state lines, the internet & through the mail. As former law enforcement make sure they throw the book at her! Sometimes they will overlook the big charges like wire & mail fraud, depending on the price it could be grand theft & there are many other charges that could come into play depending on the circumstances.

@morr790 The best thing to do is once the charges have been filed to stop all communication w/her so that the police can do their investigation.Make sure you notify PM, FB & everywhere that you had correspondence. I would also look into filing a civil lawsuit. That's probably the only way you are going to get your money back.

She’s selling a bunch of cheap garbage, including a Versace perfumes duffel bag you get for free with a purchase of a fragrance (for $300 wtf lol). Also the shady ass pictures of the “Chanel” bag. Then she said she bought her own postage and I was harassing her. Then it was she intercepted her package. Then she gives me her phone number. I text literally two lines. Oh boy. 5 texts from her but I'm harassing. I finally got the bag but I shouldnt have to go through all that!

I'm so sorry this happened to you. This happened to me when I was still new on Poshmark. The girl was trading new jewelry models and makeup. She got 400.00 worth of jewelry...I got a very light box...it was stuffed with chewed bubble gum. Newspaper and trash. She blocked me....Poshmark shook their finger at me. Police said they couldn't do anything because they only go after grand theft...10k or more. Sucks. It hurts because the TRUST was violated...by someone who seemed to care.

When this happened u should have called the head post master then the cops in her neighborhood and then they would’ve helped you take it from there if we all stick together hopefully we won’t get scammed as much putting stuff in my closet about scamming and what we can do when we get scammed 😡😡😡

@morr790 WOW. This is awful. It feels really bad to be stolen from but when you’re scammed it feels worse somehow. They gain your trust then take your stuff. So sorry this happens to you. That’s terrible. I’m so sorry this happened to you. That’s why I’m always skeptical about trading. It’s so hard to trust people these days. I purchased a Tory Burch necklace. I didn’t open it for a couple of weeks. (I’ll never do that again). The woman took a cheap (it had already turned) necklace and took the TB Charm from the Tory Burch purple bag and placed it on the chain. By the time I caught it she had taken her closet down.

I’ve only done it once and I literally had knots in my stomach until my items arrived. I know Poshmark looks down upon it. I guess I see why. It’s just amazing to me that you just really can’t trust people in this day and age. So sad
