Hi - where is the snag, and how long is the top? Is it stretchy?

@jc_petite Hey there, sorry it took so long for me to respond. The snag is now pictured in the last picture with the red mark around it is high on the left shoulder – it’s really hard to see. The length of the top in the front at the longest is 28 inches and in the back is 29 inches – and yes it’s stretchy
