morningglory62Hi Bella, Why did you canceled the order of Joe's Jeans Popover Lace Trim Bralette" M? After I have received email confirmations of sale and money were taken from my visa.

Feb 19Reply

mpalombella@ouliana846 good morning, the lace had a small tear and I didn’t want to send you a damaged item. I didn’t notice the flaw when I listed and only had one medium left. I have all the other sizes. Be rear assured your funds go back to you, once the order is cancelled so you’ll have them back. They are never released to a seller until you have accepted the package ❤️

Jul 08Reply

emlyvs4Received the dress back. Rubbed the “stain” with a moist paper towel for literally 3 seconds and it was gone. I’m sorry you had buyers remorse.

Jul 15Reply

mpalombella@emlyvs4 sorry you think I had buyers remorse! I actually loved the dress and that’s why I bought it. I am however not going to take a stained item, when it’s advertised new with tags- I am also not going to take a chance of it not coming out and making it worse. I think if you sell something new with tags all stains must be disclosed.

Jul 15Reply

emlyvs4@mpalombella I understand. In good news there is no stain so if you’d like to repurchase let me know 😊

Jul 15Reply

mpalombella@emlyvs4 it may have been nicer if you started out like this instead of telling a buyer what they did, this approach was backwards.

Jul 15Reply

armoirevii@mpalombella - Hi Marguerite, thank you so much for your shares!! I will return the love. Your closet is an inspiration and one of my faves! Wishing you a blessed year ahead!! - Kat 💕

Nov 30Reply

beatabing@mpalombella no problem
