TORRID retro inspired dress. The black skirt is a great contrast to the bodice. It is made of a satiny material. It’s black background is covered in dainty white polka dots. This dress can be used during all seasons. While cooler outside a wrap or a shrug is both appropriate & also a great combination. Summer you can wear as is and in the winter it can be worn w/tights, boots, a jacket. Pit to pit is measures 18 & 21 when using the stretch that is built in. 41 from shoulder to hemline. Size 14.
