mbchicboutique The kimono does not appear like it does in the picture. With all the wild,bright colors it gives the illusion that the background colors are part of the fabric in the kimono. How do I get a refund or an exchange?Do I contact you or someone else?

nola_a_la_mode @ianliam1011 Poshmark only approves returns if the seller misrepresented the item , which I did not , in fact I have sold several of these and this is the first time I have heard it not looking like the photo . I’m the meantime none of my money is being released until you accept the order.

nola_a_la_mode @ianliam1011 I’m not sure what your trying to show me . There isn’t any sense in arguing with me , Poshmark makes the decision in returns . I’m assuming your not accepting your order , so I won’t be receiving my money for now , for a lot of us this is our full time job and how we pay our bills . Feel free to open a case but I assure you I have not misrepresented this item .
