@jlray1982 Hi and thank you for your question. Yes the dresses are stretchy (Please refer to description). Size 10: bust = 17" flat unstretched (34") could stretch to 19" (38"). waist = 15" flat unstretched (30") could stretch to 17" (34"). length = length = 37"
