ceecee94@sereet Hi! So Womens sizes are typically 1.5 larger than Mens/Kids/Boys/Gradeschool. For example, I am typically a Mens 8 and a Womens 9.5, so a youth 6 would be a Womens 7.5. If it helps, my sister is a 7 in Womens and wears a 5.5 in Youth/Boys (sometimes 6 depending on the shoe). Also to keep in mind: Nike Cortez's tend to run true to size, unless you have a wider foot, in which case I would suggest going a half size up from your kids/boys size.

ceecee94@sereet So the simple answer is a 6Y/Youth is a Womens 7.5 lol. I also double checked by Googling "youth to womens size chart", clicking the second result (should be titled "Nike Size Fit Guide - Kids' Shoes") and scrolling down til you see the "SIZE CHART: Y = YOUTH" chart". There you will find the youth to womens conversions directly from Nike. Sorry if this was complex, but I hope you find it useful! Thanks!
