Slips on with no buttons or zippers. VERY formfitting. Cotton/polyester. Lots of stretch. The sizes are very close in measurements but here they are. I was modeling the M. To me all 3 sizes fit snugly. The fabric is thick so it holds the flesh nicely! I would not recommend this for anyone over Sz 8.
