Is this a true medium or does it fit a little bigger?

@g_nixy hi! I measured from shoulder to shoulder and it is approximately 20 inches. My husband wears a size large shirt and this fits him, it’s a little snug but it fits nice. So I would say it’s not a true medium. Hope that helps!
