Black & white peplum dress

This beautiful dress would look great in the office or for drinks and dinner. The peplum at the hips is extremely flattering. Size 10, by Bisou Bisou. NWOT, I bought it, cut the tags off and it's been in the closet ever since. Flat lay measurements - bust- 17in Waist- 15.5in 35.5in from shoulder to bottom hem. It hits me just above the knee and I'm 5ft2in. There is a small snag on the lower portion of the dress, it's not noticable when it's on but I have included a photo
