jessandlyn @daniellecouch28 it can definitely be if you have a long torso or if you're wearing low waisted pants, it will show your belly. it's really cute with high waisted bottoms. it does come up on the side when you raise your arms so I would recommend a tank or lace cami underneath for modesty unless that doesn't bother you. hope that helps.
