serendipityxox @jenacollins yes so it’s the same as the picture. Everything except the white. The white is just a sports bra to show that something needs to be worn underneath. The trainer is connected it’s all one piece. So yes the tank top part is included also 💕

serendipityxox @dreamzdoll12 hello these run pretty true to siZe. They are meant to be very tight and snug in order to do the job right. But some order their normal size and some decide to size up one if they don’t want it to be too tight. It’s really your decision! Please lmk if you have any other questions.

amyseeks I have never used one of these. Do you order the size you are or the size you want t to be? Also does it stop at the hip or have an undergarment element? I would suspect it rolls up if it stops at the hip does it not?

serendipityxox @amyseeks since you’ve never used one I would order one size up. They are extremely tight (which they should be to do the job) but if your not use to the tightness ordering one size up will be safe and not be too overwhelming at first for you. There is a waist cincher underneath the zipper tank part. They are connected. My sister wears one of these and I asked her about the rolling before because I had another customer ask also. She informed me this did not roll for her underneath her clothes.

serendipityxox @chodaw okay so waist trainers are very tight to do the job. If this is your first waist trainer I’d say an xl because it will still be tight but not overly uncomfortable. If you are use to them then I’d say you would be safe with a large. I hope that helped. Please lmk if you have any other questions.
