sweetlystyldmkt @robbieb14 yes it is. Either pullover or step into and pull up. It’s a gorgeous dress. I like that it doesn’t have a zipper because the velvet can shape to your body without the line of a zipper. I’ll add a picture of the back.

sweetlystyldmkt @lulue70 I decided to measure the waist (along where it is knotted) and there's roughly a 1/2-1 inch difference between the small and medium. The waistline has SOME stretch. There is more width to the pit/pit. Laid flat, small waist is 12" approximate. Laid flat, medium is 13" approximate.

sweetlystyldmkt @yengkeepop there is some stretch (5% spandex). I believe your bust size will work, but keep in mind the plunging neckline. I hope this helps.
