@the_snow_witch Hi! So sorry for the late reply. The waist is elastic so it stretches quite a bit. Unstretched, it’s about 14” across (laying flat.) Fully stretched, it’s closer to 19” across. Let me know if you have any more questions.

@secrettreasurev Hi there. The dress is about 17” pit to pit, with a little more space in the bust. It’s difficult to get a precise measurement there. Yes, I would say it is a true size medium.
