It’s called the master Gemstone because it clears energy and also cleans other gemstones. Since you’re drawn to amethyst, definitely put it on your list.

gemtribe@bukilu2 Amethyst and Quartz are a couple of the stones you want to clean once in a while. Either have them near your selenite or put them out in the sun for a few hours just to release any energy it is taking on and essentially recharge it. The main stone that’s associated with energetic protection is black tourmaline.
