emilyrochon96 @lillys_boutique I try to go by a few simple rules. For photos, I always try to use natural lighting or stock photos, never use filters. I like to out a lot into my packaging. Normally I'll get repeat customers for good packaging. Don't be cheap, use a lot of wrapping, hand written thank you notes, holiday stickers, social media advertising cards, and every now and then throw in a free gift.
