What a lovely custom made pageant gown! Halter style dress with button fasteners at backside of neck, lace-up backside corset style closure & zipper along with custom embroidery and pearl beadwork. Matching shawl comes with dress. Color is a bright turquoise. Some minor wear at bottom, would look fabulous with a fresh dry cleaning! One original button was replaced, see photo.
