jerseyglam @hingersoll01 Hi! It doesn't stretch. Laid out flat one way across un-stretched the small waist is approx. 13 3/4" the medium approx. 14" and the large approx. 15 1/2". This is a high waisted fit so the waist fits at the higher more narrow part of your waist.
