littlegypsie @jandenlr also, the lining is shiny- designers often do that to create a "reflective barrier" to prevent a garment from being sheer.

littlegypsie @jandenlr I think so, but to be sure- I always suggest taking a similar item in your closet, laying it flat and measuring the armpit to armpit to compare to my measurement of 18". Also, the Top is "flouncy"- so there's some room in it.
