ladyaffinity I bought my "Downtown Abby" style (she has Titanic Era too) wedding dress from Mona Bocca on Etsy she's in England there's another shop on Etsy called DressArtMystery she is exceptional but very. very expensive. Mona Bocca made me a custom dress for under $400 and the fabrics are very much like your dream. Goodluck.
