Is there built in padding? What are the measurements for small vs medium?

@jgriter so sorry I missed this comment! I posted a picture of a small white v a medium purple. Just below the breast area is about 13” for small and 14” for medium. The length is about 23” for small and 25” for medium measuring from the lowest part of the v neck to the bottom of the dress. See photo added for how I measured. Let me know if there are any other questions :)
