Francesca’s Polka Dot Skirt

In excellent condition, only worn once! This skirt is so cute, but I just never wear it. It fits just right around the waist, with a zipper in the back to keep it from moving out of place throughout the day. The length is 16.25 inches. Has a nice texture, with the polka dots a little bit raised.
