Merona Target Navy Striped Blazer XS

This is a gently used navy and white Striped Blazer by Merona from Target size XS. The navy is super dark and looks almost black. It has shoulder pads and is in good condition. It has a red piece of thread in an X in the back that I never cut. I do bundle discounts, so check out my closet!
