Ark and Co Polka dot dress navy

Like new fit flare dress with polka dots on navy. Flowy dress with cute straps and hidden zipper back. Im 36d and the top was alittle loose / big on me. Tag size says large I think would best fit someone size 8 with a long torso. Im a shortie 5,1" and it just kinda hung on top, but the waist fit perfectly.
