_jamielo Hey there! I saw your rating for my products. I apologize for the packaging and the concealer tip! However, when I had first shipped the items the package was taped securely and managed properly. There must have been an issue during transport that resulted in the rip. I know this is frustrating as I would be too, so if you’re interested in ever buying from me again, I’d be more than willing to offer a 15% off discount for any item or bundle (certain exclusions may apply).

However, you should definitely go to my order and see if you can press “inquire/contact support”. There should be a button allowing you to get further help! If not you could google Poshmark contact email and explain the situation better. I hope you’re able to find a solution!
