EXCELLENT CONDITION!!!! This beautiful dress in black & white is absolutely gorgeous!!!! Black gathered band around waist, deep v in front & back, sleeveless. Bottom is flouncy w/insets sewn in to give it a ruffled look. MEASUREMENTS ARE TAKEN FLAT & ARE APPROX: P/p: 15 1/2”: W: 12 1/2”, H: 16”, Length from Shoulder: 36 1/2”.
