Black Sparkling Holiday Top Petite Medium

NWT Special Occasion Black Top with embroidery and faux rhinestones. This top has sheer black lace with a built in shell tank. Both the tank and contrast have 2%-4% Spandex. Sheer Ruffle at bottom of 3/4 sleeves see pictures. I think the 4 buttons do undo but to wear it that way would take away from the style. Item is new never worn with tags.
