@amcrabtree8 Hi there! The sandals are patent leather not plastic. Patent leather is a type of coated leather that has a hard smooth glossy finish.
Unfortunately, I have no way of exchanging the shoes. Who is going to pay for return shipping and pay for shipping the other new sandals?
Also, there’s tracking and insurance that’s involved which all cost more money.
