What are the overall measurements, underarm to underarm, sleeve length from shoulder seam to bottom of cuff, back shoulder seam to shoulder seam, and back of collar to bottom hem, as well as the fabric contents?

Approximate measurements, in inches:
Underarm to underarm 18
Sleeve length from shoulder to cuff 24
Back shoulder seem to shoulder seam 14.5
Back of collar to bottom hem 27.5
