actu_ally I have a very narrow calf. Do you think these would fit ok around my calves? I’m looking for something that hugs nicely but everything seems to be too wide

shineon333 @actu_ally hi :) I think these will hug nicely. They don’t run too wide on the calf in my opinion. I measured from beginning (narrowest part of calf to widest part of calf). narrowest part of calf is 11” around and mid calf (which is widest part of calf) is 13” around then they slowly widen up to 15” at top of boot opening right at knee or below. Thanks! But good thing is for those with wider calf’s it has a woven stretch panel in back which gives stretch to accommodate to calf and leg.

shineon333 @joanrichter hi they are lined with Textile. The outer is leather. They seem to be waterproof as the exterior leather is not porous and water slides off. Water will not absorb into it. Thanks!

jka1025 Hi...pics are great! Sorry to sound "stupid" but the 15" shaft - is that measured from the bottom of the heel to the top?

shineon333 @jka1025 hi 😊not stupid at all. The boot shaft 15 1/2” is the height of the boot. It’s starts from the ankle (right after the heel of boot) to top of boot opening. And the shaft circumference 15” is the wideness around the boot ( top of the boot opening). Thanks!

shineon333 @hansbop hi I would go with the size 8. My sister actually goes between 8 & rarely 8.5. She bought this same boot in a size 8 at first and ended up exchanging for the 8.5 because she said it felt more comfortable. Also, sometimes it’s better to go 1/2 size up with boots Incase you wear thicker socks. By the way my she loves hers 💕 she receives compliments.

shineon333 @ggabby11 hi I don’t but I have to say they run small. It is recommended you go up 1/2 to 1 size up. My sister bought a size 8 and had to return and get an 8 1/2.
