lizwager Hey Tahimi, my fiancé found some non toxic water proof glue that I can use to put the handle back on, so I’m just going to repair it. Poshmark sent me an email saying if I don’t send more pics in 48 hours they’ll close the case for us. Sorry for the trouble! I wanted Poshmark to penalize USPS, not you.

Whenever there is a problem with the carrier the seller loses everything is the second time I have problems with USPS, the first time my package was lost and I lost the money and the package .I thank you so much for being so kind. truemojofan It is very upsetting to NOT receive the items I ordered/receive the wrong item. I understand ppl make mistakes and may put the wrong label on packages, but that's why sellers should double check to avoid all this extra hassle. What's more frustrating is that PM doesn't show in FAQ what I should do when you sent me the wrong item. I only received an email saying they will try to reply within 24 hours. I'm sure they have had these issues before. Would be nice to know how to proceed.
