shop_birdseye @bettymcmillian Hi Betty, I’m not sure what is going on. The funds were released to me on Monday as it says the ring was delivered and accepted by the buyer. However when I tracked the shipment a few minutes ago, it says it is still awaiting pre-shipment. Can you please confirm that you have not received the ring and / or anything else from me that could have been sent by mistake? I will look into opening an inquiry so we can get to the bottom of this. I appreciate your patience in all of this.
