aglenn123 @ateacher I’m so sorry for the delayed response! Yes I’d say the dress would likely hit you around knee-length. I’m 5’3” and the tulle skirt hits just above my knees and the slip underneath is about 2 inches above my knees. Let me know if you have any other questions!
