I know all too well how devastating this is to go through, as we had to put our fur angel Buddy to sleep in September. It's heartbreaking to watch them suffer only to have to let them go. No matter how much time has passed, the hurt is still there. Just know, you gave her a wonderful life and beautiful memories to hold on to. My Buddy was probably there to greet Honey 🐶🐩😇 Hug to you!

deliaangel @holnx003 So, so sad 💔. My heart goes out to you. Been in the same situation. Six months prior, he was diagnosed with chf and enlarged heart. Then he had fainting spells and his kidneys were failing due lasix meds. Then a week before he wasn't eating so our vet said it was time to let him go. He passed peacefully in our home in his favorite spot. I know what you're going through. If you need anything, I'm here.

thegoodstique I saw ur sweet poem tribute to Honey and got a little teary. It was so heartfelt and lovely. I adopt senior dogs and just lost my oldest, Maddy, at 18 yrs young in April. She was the sweetest lil pup with the biggest personality. I've lost a few doing what I do but it never gets easier. The saying really is true... pets leave paw prints on our hearts. 🐾❤️

maraleebent pay attention to their teeth in particular, a bad tooth can lead to massive issues with them, and their little bodies are really efficient otherwise, they have none of the problems typical with bigger dogs
