Hello there can you please tell me how wide the opening is on the top calf portion? Also is there any elastic around that area? I have wide calves & I'm trying to determine if these would work for me. thank you!

@mtazz66 hi! So for the size 8.5 the calves are 12 inches and there’s *some* stretch to it but not very much. Does this help??
