@nadnas Hi, gold toned refers to a finish that appears to be gold with no measurable gold content. These are 92.5 sterling silver which are not 100% sterling silver. It is recommended for sensitive ears jewelry that is 100% sterling silver or minimum of 14k gold. Hope this helps, have a good day! 😉
