ashleyalamodeCould you post the actual shoe?

Oct 11Reply

madaboutheels@ashleyalamode hello I took these pictures and I am the model as well all I do is remove the grey background

Oct 11Reply

aptinker@madaboutheels thanks, but my question was never answered. What is the return policy if the shoe does not fit?

Oct 13Reply

klynn3021@aptinker Poshmarks policy doesn’t cover sizing problems other than if there is something wrong with it like it’s damaged... Sometimes the seller might work something out before the sale, but If you go to the sellers page, it describes their return policies and what is or is not covered for returns. If you got the wrong size and/or it doesn’t fit, you can always resell it on Poshmark. :)

Oct 14Reply

aptinker@klynn3021 thanks, but there was nothing on their page about the return policy so I was trying to contact the owner on this and possibly see if they would be willing to accept returns. I have not heard back ....

Oct 14Reply

aptinker@klynn3021 I am trying to make arrangements before I purchase the product ....

madaboutheels@aptinker Hello , poshmark doesn’t accept returns/exchanges . I normally do not accept exchanges as poshmark doesn’t support exchange we would be on our own . depending on the situation like if I have the size you need to exchange for them . So I can’t guarantee an exchange if the size you need is not in stock . So there is no guarantee it really depends if I have instock .

Oct 14Reply

klynn3021@aptinker if you scroll up to these boots description, you’ll see the buyer protection and refund policy, that’s the info you’ll find with regards to returns. :)

atn7399Since you don’t accept returns, you should post measurements. What’s the shaft and circumference?

Nov 03Reply

madaboutheels@atn7399 hello the circumference wouldn’t be accurate on this boot bc of the slouchy construction there is like two layers so measures the outside of the boot would be bigger than the actual circumference

Nov 03Reply

atn7399@madaboutheels I’m talking about the leg opening circumference. Lay the boot flat and measure the width with a ruler

Nov 03Reply

atn7399We all have difference calves measurements. Some have thin some have wide or bigger calves compare to others. Leg opening circumference is a must if you’re selling boots online .

pk827Hi, what is the calf circumference on these?
