This off white Frilly collared jacket has never been worn. It’s got a light sheen which makes it look fancy and expensive....because it was!! Designer plus size blouse or jacket. Can easily be worn both ways. 2x generous fit with belt to cinch in as needed. The arms have a frill and JUST look at this collar!!! Then 4 gorgeous fabric buttons down the front.
