vintagyish@bglevy1 they "could" be making an offer on one item but in then way the bundle function is intended to work. You just need to reach out to them & ask what their intentions are. Sometimes a person hits the bundle icon unknowingly.

bglevy1Hi Ms Ambassador! I hope you can help. I have been back and forth with a customer and we finally agreed on a price. The item shows”SOLD”, but her purchase was declined. What do I do to get the item back on the market?

cinderella927Thank you for liking The RUNWAY‼️Welcome and I love your closet‼️I am scheduling closets to be featured on The Runway this week and have openings on Tues. and Wed. Either of those days work for you?! Let me know‼️
May 04Reply
vintagyish
vintagyish@cinderella927 I’m new to the concept of being “featured”. What does participation entail?
May 04Reply
cinderella927
cinderella927@vintagyish Hi! Monday thru Thursday I feature 3 or 4 closets from the group to "take the Runway" everyone in the group in turn shares 5 items from each of the featured groups, comments shared and lately we have been having fun naming a designer from the first letter of the day of the week. If you are a featured closet, you can expect your closet to be shared 35 to 40 times per for that day as that is generally how many Poshers play daily.

bglevy1Hi! As a fairly new Posher, I have had 2 people want something bud they say bundle. Does that mean they need to choose at least 2 items from your closet, or are combining with someone else’s. I don’t know what to do with these offers or how to access shipping charges. Can you explain this? Bonnie Levy

vintagyish
vintagyish@bglevy1 Hi! A bundle is more than one item from your closet that would have combined shipping. Hope that helps!
Mar 16Reply

bglevy1So, if they don’t pick 2+ items, they aren’t really making an offer?
