powderhoundski @greenbasil I'd also like to point out that you RESOLD IT before you checked. I don't know how I can help you - you didn't even give me a chance to correct it. They have an option for me to send you a return label but you didn't slow down for one second to look at everything. I take full responsibility for sending you the wrong size, but we can't take responsibility for re-selling the product and not giving me anything back to give you your money back. Figure it out and I'll do my best.

I wish Id had time to check the garment over ... i just trusted i was sent the right size...tried it on while packing for a business trip that i was leaving for the next day out of country and realized it wasnt going to work because it was too big and immediately re-listed it... but not to worry... just send me the return label and ill forward it to the new buyer and shell send it back to you...so you can send her a small :)

powderhoundski @greenbasil I went ahead and selected that I shipped the wrong item but you need to open a (received wrong item ticket) and Poshmark can send me the label. I think you may have to pay a little extra on shipping... otherwise if @laurelivivanoff can pay for shipping and you can reimburse her... Call poshmark and see what they can do - I will be compliant in taking the medium back and replacing it with a small. That's the best I can offer.

I cannot find anyplace that will allow me to open a ticket. if i select the item and try to use the drop downs to say that the wrong item was received then it says im past the date to do anything. I already had emailed poshmark last week with what happened and they sent me a generic response. ill try again.
