CCO This is an American Rag piece. IMO it’s a grunge style dress. Can be worn off the shoulders, which gives this ultra sex appeal. Pictures don’t do it justice. It has a material bow type sachet attached at the side and is lined for warmth and modesty. It’s loose fitting but total hipster. Measures 29 inches from top seam to bottom hem.
