@janessadawn222 Hi! I'm uncertain, but I've had this for years and no tarnishing. Napier is great quality so I'd guess it must have a steel base and rhodium plated. Not sure though. Hope this helps!

@lookupclosets Napier is a brass base metal with real gold plating. The silver parts may be rhodium plating.
